It uses a microphone attached with PC that captures the voice and transfers it into data and stores it for future recognition. It replaces password and account names. But others can also mimic voice patterns easily. So voice recognition option is not suitable in case of high security.

Fingerprint: The finger print still plays a major role in biometrics security system. Once the user or authorized person’s finger print is loaded into the system only he or she could access the computer or enter into a secure zone. Every time this biometric security device verifies the finger print with the stored data and thus prevents access to unauthorized users.

Facial recognition: It identifies the facial characteristics using digital camera to develop the image for security purpose. Iris based technology will recognize the colored tissue surrounding the pupil. In retina based analysis the layer of blood vessel at the back of the eye is compared. This principle works in the same way as finger print, the biometrics security identification in this cases uses the face or eye characteristics to grant or deny access.
